Beach training at sentosa.

What a Sunday ,it really change my life ,y do i say this way. Imagine jogging in the beach when everyone else is going there enjoying playing volleyball see chio bus with bikinis or perhaps just slacking and sun tanning in the beach slowly enjoying the gentle breeze or watching the wave pass by so nice.

SO i jog lol with errm zihao , naz and bryce hmm see all the ah beng keep kping quite irritating damn.. don know y . but doing footworking and physical in the sand really tiring man lol no wonder prcs wanna go sentosa for training maybe nxt time i become coach i also do the same lol super tiring la nw my calf still pain. i got sick after that and cannot go for the project because of stomach aches and headahce sorri dudes i will nt ps 2 morrow confirm. this sunday another day of beach training ba i guess lol..
